Problem

Ocular Imaging aims to detect the appearance of basic ocular structures such as the external eye, anterior segment, and retina. Detecting features such as interpupillary distance or asymmetrical ocular manifestations has gained major importance and accuracy throughout the constant glasses improvements (Progressive, aspheric lense).

Solution

We develop a set of algorithms that only use a frontal and lateral photo and provide medical-grade optician measure using standard low-cost hardware. Thus, the system can be included in an embedded smart mirror transforming the tedious process of ocular features detection into a new user experience.

• Improving user experience
• Low-cost hardware (standard image sensor)
• Reducing the cost and time of gathering the ocular features
